Good day, my name is Petra and I am the author of, Five Recipes. The website is a dedication to my family, friends and the general public. The pandemic (2020-2021) placed a mental as well as a physical strain on the entire population.  Therefore, it was time to make a change by bringing back easy cooked meals and healthy alternatives. Please pay attention on how consuming food makes you feel. Our emotions are correlated by what we eat. Remember, we are what we digest!
