Week 32 - Infused Water Part II

 Infused water is simply water with fruits, vegetables and/or herbs to add flavor to it. Unlike juices and sugary drinks, they are naturally low in calories and sugar. Did you know the “detoxifying” effect attributed to infused water is due to the fact that drinking enough water helps prevent fluid retention? It also helps the kidneys in eliminating metabolic wastes more efficiently. This results in more urine output, therefore, less swelling and bloating. {alertSuccess}
