Week 25 - A Twist of Rosé

 In France, pairing rosé with spicy Mediterranean foods is quite common; Such as garlic, hummus and seafood. Since rosé should be served chilled, it is suited to almost any foods from warm-weather areas. Did you know rosé wines taste much like their red wine counterparts, but more subtle? In general, expect to get some notes of citrus, watermelon and a range of berries. Wines can range from super dry to very sweet and floral, and certain Rosés boast big, bold, meatier flavors or hints of spice, while others are cool and crisp or sweet like candy. {alertSuccess}
